Q. Why Should I Book with Sun Cabo Condos?
A. Safety & Security are a couple of things that come to mind right away. You should definitely make sure that the company you book with has a proven track record. The last thing you want to happen is you wire some money to Mexico and then the company doesn't return your calls or worse yet - the house does not even exist!! This has happened and people have written to tell us of their horror stories and were very sorry that they didn't book with us in the first place.
Q. How can I tell if a company is legitimate?
A. A good start is the Better Business Bureau - is the company recognized? Do they have an online reliability seal with a link to their company report? We do - and it took no less than 2 years to obtain - the BBB is extremely careful about the companies that they recommend. We had to PROVE who we are and what we do with all the proper licenses etc and have everything in place with 0 complaints for over 1 year before they would even consider us. We take our membership with the BBB very seriously and so should you! Be wary about companies that do not have this or brush it off - there is usually a reason behind it.
Q. What are ASTA and IATAN and why should I care?
A. These are professional affiliations for Travel Agencies. It means that the company is recognized by the organization as a travel agency - particularly IATAN - which ensures that the agency has the proper Error and Omissions Insurance in place along with a number of other criteria. This coupled with a BBB recognition should provide you with peace of mind.
